The minimum stay is 30 nights and there is no maximum. Guests regularly stay two to three months. There is no twelve month lease to sign.

Yes, we regularly host guests placed by an insurance company after fire or storm damage, and professionals whose employer is covering the stay. Send us the claim or company details along with your dates and we will put together a quote in the format your adjuster or employer needs. Pets are welcome in select homes, subject to approval and a pet fee. Several of the houses have fully fenced back yards, which is why guests traveling with dogs tend to choose a house over an apartment. Tell us about your pet when you inquire and we will point you to the homes that fit.

Your clothes and anything personal. The homes come with cookware, dishes, a coffee maker, towels, linens, bedding and a washer and dryer, and the Wi-Fi and TV are already connected. One guest described it as home away from home, just bring your clothes.

Our homes and apartments sit inside or right by the inner loop, one to six miles from the Texas Medical Center: West University, Montrose, Braeswood, Bellaire and Meyerland. The one and two bedroom apartments are in Montrose and the Medical Center area, and most of the larger houses are in Bellaire, Meyerland and West University.
