The property was in a great, safe neighborhood and looked exactly like the photos online.What really stood out was their customer service. “We had an excellent experience with Luxurway while renting villa capri. We were displaced for 30 days between selling our home and moving into our new house. Noy and staff responded quickly to any questions or concerns that came up. They were also accommodating when we needed to adjust our dates multiple times at the last minute before booking (and confirmed near the end of our stay that we wouldn’t need to extend before booking another guest directly after us). We really appreciated how communicative Noy was and it was nice dealing with a person directly instead of a booking website. The house instructions/rules were clearly outlined. Luxurway was also prompt in addressing any issues with the property. For example, one of the air conditioning units stopped cooling in the middle of June and they sent a technician out the same or next day to repair. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Furthermore, we received our security deposit back in a timely manner. We would use Luxurway again and are very grateful to have found a company that can accommodate a dog friendly “short term rental” (30 Days) in a legitimate neighborhood!”

“The house we rented was awesome. It was furnished beautifully and was spotless when we arrived. The patio was cooler than you would expect in the middle of summer and overlooked a gorgeous pool with a relaxing waterfall in the pool. Whenever we contacted Noy our contact at LUXURWAY she responded very quickly and was always very helpful. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. We loved the house and were very comfortable for the 2 months we stayed.”
