This policy describes how Luxurway handles information on www.luxurway.com.
1. Who we are
Luxurway rents furnished Houston homes and apartments for stays of 30 nights or longer. Questions about this policy: email Info@Luxurway.com or call (832) 304-3322.
2. Information we collect
This website does not have an application database and does not store inquiry forms after they are forwarded.
- Search forms. Stay-page search bars send your name, phone, email, and check-in date to this website at
/inquiry. They also send the stay type. Each form asks you to agree to the terms and this policy before it sends. We forward that note to Info@Luxurway.com so our Houston team can reply, then show you the collection. We do not keep a guest database on the website. - Page inquiry form. Most pages include a short form that sends your name, phone, email, a check-in date, and the page you wrote from to
/inquiry. It also sends the stay type when that page has one. The home page and individual home pages do not include this form. Each form asks you to agree to the terms and this policy before it sends. We forward that note to Info@Luxurway.com, then open a thank-you page. If the website cannot send it, we offer a mailto so you can email us yourself. - Home inquiry form. Each home page sends your name, phone, email, check-in date, and the home name to

/inquiry. It also sends a home name or neighborhood when the page you came from already has one, and the page you came from when that is already known. The form asks you to agree to the terms and this policy before it sends. We forward that note to Info@Luxurway.com, then open a thank-you page. If the website cannot send it, we offer a mailto so you can email us yourself. - A necessary consent cookie. If you make a cookie choice, we store that choice in your browser so we do not ask on every visit.
- Optional analytics. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the OpenAI Ads measurement pixel load only after you allow analytics and only when they are configured for the public site. Clarity may record how you use pages, including clicks and session playback. Inquiry form fields are masked, so names, phone numbers, email addresses, and notes are not included in those recordings. The OpenAI pixel measures page views and completed inquiries so ChatGPT ads can be attributed. It does not receive your name, phone number, or email.
- Public review display. The home page, stay pages, the guests page, and home listing pages show a dated snapshot of public Google, Yelp, and Airbnb guest reviews. Those pages do not request the reviews from Google, Yelp, Airbnb, or a review provider while you are on the page. That snapshot is not a Luxurway guest database, and it does not wait for an analytics choice.
Please do not include private medical details in an inquiry. We do not need them to help you find a home.
3. How we use information
We use inquiry email to match you with a home and reply. Choosing “Medical stay,” or writing from a hospital page, can show that your trip is health-related. We use that only to match a home. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. Hospital and medical-stay page addresses are not sent to OpenAI. We use the consent cookie to remember your analytics choice. We use analytics, when allowed, to understand how guests find the site. We do not sell personal information. If you send a form, you agree we may call or email you about that inquiry. We do not send text messages.
Name, phone, and email from a search are kept in session storage on that device until the tab closes. They are not written to a guest database.
Luxurway does not sell personal information, so there is no separate “Do Not Sell” link under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the website and answer inquiries:
- The public site is served by Vercel, ChatGPT Sites, or Cloudflare, depending on the deployment. That host receives the pages you request and ordinary connection logs, and it provides TLS.
- Resend emails each accepted form to our Houston inbox. Resend receives the name, phone, email, dates, and notes you submit.
- If a CRM webhook is configured, that service receives the inquiry instead of Resend.
- Map tiles load from Esri and OpenStreetMap when a page shows a map. Your browser sends that map request to them.
- Google receives analytics events only if you allow analytics and Google Analytics is configured.
- Microsoft Clarity receives page-use recordings only if you allow analytics and Clarity is configured.
- OpenAI receives page-view and inquiry measurement events only if you allow analytics and the OpenAI Ads pixel is configured. Those events do not include your name, phone number, email, or stay purpose. Page views of hospital and medical-stay pages are not sent.
- Pages that show Google, Yelp, and Airbnb reviews use a dated snapshot already in the page. They do not send a review request to Google, Yelp, Airbnb, or a review provider.
- If a contact or page inquiry cannot be sent, we offer a mailto so you can email Info@Luxurway.com yourself.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
5. Cookies
Necessary cookies store your cookie preference and accessibility settings. Analytics cookies and scripts load only after you accept analytics. The public review feed and reviewer photos are not cookies we set. You can reject analytics from the cookie bar or change the choice later in Cookie settings. The cookie policy lists each cookie.
6. Data security
The public site is a static export served over HTTPS. It does not accept booking payments or store guest accounts.
7. Data retention
The consent cookie expires after one year unless you change it sooner. Inquiry email is retained in ordinary business email according to how the Houston team answers guests. Analytics retention follows Google’s and Microsoft Clarity’s settings when those tools are enabled. When the OpenAI Ads pixel is allowed, it may store an ad click id for 30 days and a browser reference for 365 days. Rejecting analytics removes those cookies.
8. Your rights and choices
You can reject analytics, send an inquiry by phone instead of email, or email Info@Luxurway.com to ask what we hold about you from a message you sent. Texas residents may have additional rights under Texas law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
9. Texas privacy requests
You can ask what we hold from a message you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Info@Luxurway.com or call (832) 304-3322. We will respond within 45 days. If we deny a request, we will say why. You can appeal by replying to that email or by calling the same number and asking for an appeal. We will answer an appeal within 60 days. If we deny the appeal, you may contact the Texas Attorney General.
Luxurway is a Texas business. This notice is a description of website practices, not legal advice.
10. Children’s privacy
The website is for people 18 or older arranging furnished housing. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
11. Third-party links
Blog articles and review links may point to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own.
12. Changes
We will update this page when the website’s information practices change. Updated October 5, 2026. The public URL remains /privacypolicy.
