“We had an excellent experience with Luxurway while renting villa capri. We were displaced for 30 days between selling our home and moving into our new house. Noy and staff responded quickly to any questions or concerns that came up. They were also accommodating when we needed to adjust our dates multiple times at the last minute before booking (and confirmed near the end of our stay that we wouldn’t need to extend before booking another guest directly after us). We really appreciated how communicative Noy was and it was nice dealing with a person directly instead of a booking website. The house instructions/rules were clearly outlined. Luxurway was also prompt in addressing any issues with the property. For example, one of the air conditioning units stopped cooling in the middle of June and they sent a technician out the same or next day to repair. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Furthermore, we received our security deposit back in a timely manner. We would use Luxurway again and are very grateful to have found a company that can accommodate a dog friendly “short term rental” (30 Days) in a legitimate neighborhood!”

“The house we rented was awesome. It was furnished beautifully and was spotless when we arrived. The patio was cooler than you would expect in the middle of summer and overlooked a gorgeous pool with a relaxing waterfall in the pool. Whenever we contacted Noy our contact at LUXURWAY she responded very quickly and was always very helpful. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. We loved the house and were very comfortable for the 2 months we stayed.”

“Luxurway could not have been a better choice for us. Our 3 week trip to MD Anderson turned in to almost 3 full months. The one thing we didn't have to worry about was a place to stay. After the first setback, they relocated us to another home which ended up being a little closer to the hospital and then maintained excellent contact with us to make sure we were not inadvertently displaced again while my wife recovered enough to travel. The 2 homes we stayed in were nice, well furnished and in good neighborhoods close to grocery stores, pharmacies, and places to get something to eat. “Luxurway saved the day when a well known rental site failed me! The location I was in before was in a dangerous area, even though the home owner told me it was safe! If you want a safe place to stay in Houston, Noy from Luxurway will make sure you have safety and great accommodations! Luxurway knows the area unlike a large rental service! My husband was at MD Anderson for a 4 weeks and our rental was the best set up for him when we had to stay in the area for another 4 weeks until he could fly again. The location was in a great neighborhood with a security system for added safety. Also, the large ranch was easy for my husband to get around with his walker. If there were any issues, Noy took care of it right away! Stay away from the rental sites that know nothing about Houston and contact Noy at Luxurway!”

“Luxurway was a real life saver after a house fire. They have a number of fully furnished homes in the area that were all great options. The owners personally showed us through three of the best options within one day's notice. We stayed for 8 months while our home was being repaired. Everything about the experience was easy. The house was fully furnished and stocked with everything you need from silverware, wifi, coffee machines, towels, soap & comfortable beds. The owners are quite flexible and extremely responsible to any issues that arise. It truly felt like home away from home, just bring your clothes.”

“Phenomenal stay at a phenomenal place at a phenomenal location. My family and I travelled over 1000 miles to Houston for my wife to receive cancer treatment at MD Anderson for 6 weeks. We stayed at the Chateau Gold near the Medical Center, just exactly one mile from the Mays Clinic, where we had treatments twice a day. I cannot imagine having anything further out with Houston traffic. It was worth the premium for that alone. The home had everything we needed: clean, comfortable, spacious, and even a fenced back yard for our two Golden Retrievers to get their energy out. The neighborhood is fantastic as well, quiet, safe, and great for walks & shade in the Texas heat. Big thanks to Noy for making everything work out so well!”

“A nice house in a quiet neighborhood and with many beautiful trees, we have spent in the house about 50 days in the recovery of an operation from my wife, the house has everything we needed and the attention of the owner was excellent, it is very well located, it is done 15 to 20 minutes anywhere we needed to go. “Luxurway are great hosts. They got us in to their Casa Jackie very quickly after needing accommodation whilst our house was undergoing major repairs from Hurricane Beryl. The hosts made us feel very welcome and we immediately felt at home. The house is beautiful, immaculate and spotless and really has some luxury features. Granite worktops, private office, a huge double garage, a beautiful master bedroom with lots of access doors to get outside to the beautiful patio and private pool. Further bedrooms, dining room and utility room all fantastic. The patio is undercover so you can sit outside in all weather and be protected. The pool is the biggest pool and is very deep. Private and quiet. We quickly made Casa Jackie our home from home and we were sad to leave. The hosts are very responsive and kept in touch and even extended our stay for a week. We can highly recommend Casa Jackie and Luxurway as hosts. We would DEFINATLY book this again. Thank You Luxurway!”

“We stayed at one of Luxurway's properties for a little over 2 weeks. This was immediately following all the devastation from hurricane Beryl. The landlord stayed in contact with us while their properties were without power, just so we'd know that we had a place with them. This was so kind and helped alleviate the stress of dealing with the hurricane's aftermath. The home we ultimately rented was in a gorgeous neighborhood and was very nice and clean. The few minor things that I messaged about were immediately met with concern and were taken care of in a very timely manner. The kindness and care shown by the management team definitely goes above and beyond. We were very comfortable there and had access to so many nearby restaurants and shopping options. I would definitely rent from Luxurway again!”

“I came here on December 2023 with my husband and youngest daughter so she could be treated at MD Anderson. We wanted a space big enough for when our oldest children visited on their school breaks since we are from PR plus a place nice enough close to the hospital so we didn’t had to worry. We rented the place for a few months and been extending it every other month depending on my daughter’s appointments. Luxuryway has been amazing, understanding, when ever we had a minor problem like wifi or the gate they were on top of it and fix it right away. They have been amazing in this hard time me and my family are going thru. The neighborhood is calm and really good and we are just 15 min from the hospital. They really are great and the house is amazing. Would recommend them to anyone.”

“This home is spacious and comfortably hosted my family and pets for a month. The backyard and kitchen were the highlights of this home. The house is well stocked and the beds are all very comfortable. It’s located near Meyer Park Shopping center with access to Randall’s restaurants, freeway, Trafton academy, and a great park. The issues we encountered were problems with the AC/ smell from room. AC efficiently cooled the living rooms and dining room but struggled to keep the rooms cool. We let the host know and they sent someone to try to fix it right away. There was a smell coming from one of the bathrooms that also couldn’t be resolved by the maintenance team so hosts offered another home but we ended up completing our stay here. Note that if you primarily use streaming services- bring your own Roku/firestick because the living room and master TVs are only connected to cable. Customer service was great, prompt and efficient, they allowed us late check out which is always appreciated.”

“Villa Capri has been a life saver for us! It is a beautiful, comfortable and convenient home with pool and a garage apartment. The apartment has come in handy for visitors. The pool is such a nice addition in this hot Houston summer! The furnishings are very comfortable and we have everything we need here. The owners have been very responsive when we need anything. There is plenty of space here for a family and with an extra living room upstairs. We don’t know what we would have done without this home as they accept month to month leases which we have had to extend without a problem a few times!”

“We stayed here for about 2 months while my husband was being treated at MD Anderson. The home is spacious, has a private fully fenced backyard with garage large enough for 2 vehicles. The kitchen island made meal prep easy. The bed was comfortable and the master bathroom has plenty of space for 2 people to get ready at the same time. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and a great family friendly place to take walks. There is a green belt close by with paved walking trails as well. And the home itself if a quick 20 min drive to the Medical Center and about 30 min to Houston Hobby Airport. This is definitely a great place for a long term stay. My only caveat is that since my husband is 6’6” he quite literally took up the entire couch. We ended up buying a LoveSac bean bag to put on the floor so I had a place to stretch out and lounge.”

“Definitely could have been a lot worse, but we checked in to their Wigton property and the carpet and rugs were in horrible stained shape. I have bad allergies so we needed to put most of the rugs and some furniture pieces in the garage and asked the owner to clean the carpets. At first she said no, so we just did it and paid for it ourselves. She eventually reimbursed us the $150 or so. This is definitely their cheapest property, so maybe the more expensive properties are in better shape. But $4,500/month isn't cheap, and we ended up needing to stay 5 months. Owner would usually respond after asking a second time to most requests. At least with this property, they are doing the bare minimum to just keep it livable. The pictures online for this property are somewhat a misrepresentation of the actual property. I'd recommend getting a tour of the property before renting.”

There is a grocery store nearby within walking distance and about 1 minute by car. The home was centrally located to various sights and restaurants. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. Lots of space for our family our four to spread out. The kitchen was well-equipped and Limor was kind enough to make a few small appliances like blender and percolator available to us. There were a couple of random incidents like a tree falling on the AC unit outside, and later on, the AC went out. Limor had someone out the same day to solve the problem immediately. There was also one neighborhood power outage when we were there and Limor kept us constantly updated on the status. Highly recommend Luxurway as our house was well kept, with nice furnishings and was very comfortable, and Limor was very responsive and terrific.”

The house is updated throughout which is right in line with the pics. Every question and ask was promptly responded to including accommodating a crib for my kid which saved us from having to buy one. I would have appreciated there being a manual for the appliances as it was not all completely straight forward. We stayed for 30 days during the pandemic and again the location cannot be beat. We could get deliveries easily and every store is very close by.”

For us it was very stressful trying to plan for travel on short notice for medical reasons during a pandemic. We are so happy with our decision to stay at the Paisley home and Limor was the best host. The home was beautiful just like the pictures and Limor was a great host. The home was clean and had lots of room for my family. It had everything we needed for a month long stay in Houston. The location of the home was perfect. It was close to the hospital, Houston Zoo, shops and grocery stores. My husband and I took walks everyday around the neighborhood. It was a safe, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood. It even had a great park for kids within walking distance of the home. I would definitely stay at this home again.”

“My family needed to come to Houston for what we thought would be a 2 month stay beginning in January 2020. We have a three year old and a dog, as well as our parents who stayed with us for the first 6 weeks. We had done a 2-month stay the prior summer in June 2019 and got a home on Airbnb, which was not suited for long term rentals and the owners were not responsive at all. This house was totally different. The house itself was wonderful, recently renovated and fully equipped with cooking equipment, an office, large bedrooms and bathrooms with showers and baths, a two-car garage and a nice backyard with a grill and patio furniture. It is also great for families with young kids or older parents because there is only one floor, but there's plenty of space. Limor and her team were incredibly responsive if anything needed fixing or replacing. They were also incredibly flexible in allowing us to extend our lease bit by bit, as we ended up staying through June 2020. They were also kind and compassionate regarding our circumstances and our needs. I can't say enough about this house, this neighborhood, and this company.”

“The rental home was exactly what was advertised and was a great match for our rental needs. The neighborhood was friendly and safe, in the location we were looking for. The home was furnished with the essentials and had a nice backyard and covered patio. The renters guide that was provided included necessary information to prepare us for our stay. Towards the conclusion of our initial rental period of a month, the owners were gracious enough to allow us the first option to extend our rental period, prior to renting to a new renter that was inquiring about a stay. “We loved this house! Beautiful home with a great yard. Very comfortable. We were here for almost 2 months and wished we could stay longer. The owners were wonderful to work with. The AC broke while we were there and they got on it immediately and had it fix. We were there during a tropical depression and the power went out. The owners brought us battery powered lights and fans until the power came back. They were very professional and friendly. I would recommend this home or any of their properties to my friends and family.”

“A beautiful serene escape from it all. I don't normally write reviews but I'm compelled to share about this special secret. We LOVED this place. The pictures do not do it justice. It's decorated so perfectly. It has so many open spaces to enjoy life and loved ones. My wife had brain surgery and we stayed here for 3 weeks post op for her recovery. It could not have been better. It's located in a charming neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Very close to excellent shopping and restaurants galore!!There is seriously no reason to ever leave this place once you check in- Grub-hub and insta-cart delivering whatever you need. The kitchen was my favorite. (I love to cook) large commercial appliances gas stove and oven, sub zero fridge and an amazing griddle cooktop which made the most perfect pancakes I've ever cooked. The pool area is a tranquil haven of blissful relaxation. The bedrooms are perfectly appointed. Nothing is missing from this place. They have thought of every possible need you may have. Even the washer and dryer are the latest and greatest smart appliances. To top it all off the owners are the kindest and most accommodating hosts. We never needed anything because everything was so perfect but they willingly made themselves available for whatever we needed. Could not have chosen a more perfect place. I know it has helped my wife recover much faster and by the way she is doing amazing! She's my hero!”
