All utilities (electricity, gas, water), TV service, high-speed Wi-Fi, lawn and pool care where applicable, and use of an in-home washer and dryer. Housekeeping during your stay is available for an additional fee.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a refundable damage deposit. If there's no damage, it's returned within 30 days of your checkout date.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes. As a current guest you get first choice to extend before we book the home for anyone else, at a prorated nightly rate.
Are the homes fully furnished?
Yes. Kitchens come fully equipped with appliances, dishes, silverware, and cookware. Bathroom essentials like towels and starter soap, and bedroom essentials like comforters, sheets, and pillows are all provided.
Are the homes private?
Yes. All homes are private single-family homes with private entrances, parking, and backyard or pool areas, so you have full privacy during your stay.
Are the homes safe and secure?
Yes. Every home has a smart alarm system, and select homes have driveway gates. All are located in safe, quiet residential neighborhoods.
Are the homes pet friendly?
