An open floor plan sits under vaulted high ceilings. A large island anchors the kitchen, and large windows bring natural light in from the pool. A home office is set apart from the main rooms, and an enclosed carport sits behind a driveway gate.

There is a covered carport and driveway, gated. Pets are welcome with prior approval. If dates shift, guests can extend, subject to availability, at the same discounted rate.

“Limor Shemer was a fantastic host. When the original place we booked became unavailable, she upgraded us to another property (Villa Rica) in the same area that was even nicer. The place was fantastic, perfect for our family of four plus my parents. The house has been beautifully renovated with lost of great open space and an amazing prive courtyard with a pool and fountain. Her check in and check out instructions were very clear and easy. I highly recommend Luxurway and Villa Rica.”
